Who we are

Naiem Coaching ("we", "us", "our") operates naiemcoaching.uk. We provide online fitness coaching and digital products for men.

What data we collect

  • Your email address and, where provided, your name and marketing preferences.
  • Payment details handled by LemonSqueezy when you purchase a product; we do not receive your full card details.
  • Usage and campaign-attribution data collected through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel.
  • Your challenge application answers: WhatsApp number, optional Instagram handle, goal, main struggle, training access, daily check-in commitment, and why joining now matters.
  • Challenge administration data, including your submission ID, registration and application timestamps, status, the challenge page origin and path, and expected UTM campaign attribution fields.
  • Pseudonymous abuse-control keys derived from request information. We use one-way HMAC digests for rate limits and idempotency and do not store the raw IP address in the challenge record.

How we use your data

  • To deliver products and services you request.
  • To register you, use your setup answers to run the challenge, and send operational messages needed to deliver it.
  • To contact you about setup through email or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
  • Only when you give the separate optional consent, to add your email to our general email list and send coaching tips or offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website and content and measure advertising through Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
  • To prevent duplicate submissions, enforce rate limits, investigate abuse, and keep reliable records.

Third-party services

  • Notion stores challenge registration and application records and manages the consent-based email-list status.
  • Resend delivers the operational registration email that confirms your challenge place and contains a secure application-resume link.
  • Kit may process general email-list subscriptions only where you gave the separate optional marketing consent, the connection is active, and your address is not marked do not contact. If the connection is unavailable, your consent remains pending rather than being reported as synced.
  • WhatsApp may process messages and your phone number when we contact you about challenge setup.
  • Cal.com processes the details you choose to provide if you use the optional booking link after registering.
  • Vercel hosts the site and stores pseudonymous abuse-control keys, idempotency keys, and secure resume-link mappings without your application answers.
  • LemonSqueezy processes payments and checkout details for paid products.
  • Google Analytics and Meta Ads process website and campaign-measurement data.

Cookies

We use essential browser storage and analytics or advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

Challenge registration and application records are reviewed for deletion within 24 months, unless we need to keep them longer to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. A daily scheduled cleanup removes this campaign's pseudonymous abuse-control keys after the challenge closes. If you opt into the general email list, that subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to a minimal suppression record where needed to honour a do-not-contact request.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
