Who we are
Naiem Coaching ("we", "us", "our") operates naiemcoaching.uk. We provide online fitness coaching and digital products.
What data we collect
- Your email address and, where provided, your name, phone or WhatsApp number and marketing preferences.
- Usage and campaign-attribution data collected through Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, only if you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner.
- Your challenge application answers: WhatsApp number, optional Instagram handle, goal, main struggle, training access, daily check-in commitment, and why joining now matters.
- Challenge administration data, including your submission ID, registration and application timestamps, status, the challenge page origin and path, and expected UTM campaign attribution fields.
- Pseudonymous abuse-control keys derived from request information. We use one-way HMAC digests for rate limits and idempotency and do not store the raw IP address in the challenge record.
How we use your data
- To deliver products and services you request.
- To register you, use your setup answers to run the challenge, and send operational messages needed to deliver it.
- To contact you about setup through email or WhatsApp using the details you provide.
- When you tick the email box on a guide, blog or free workout form (it's needed to get the download), to add your email to our email list and send coaching tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you tick the email box on the calorie calculator (it's needed to see your results), to send you a short series of emails with tips on using your numbers and information about coaching. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, to improve our website and content and measure advertising through Google Analytics and Meta Ads.
- To prevent duplicate submissions, enforce rate limits, investigate abuse, and keep reliable records.
Third-party services
- Notion stores the details you send through our forms, challenge registration and application records, and the consent-based email-list status.
- Resend delivers the operational registration email that confirms your challenge place and contains a secure application-resume link.
- Resend also stores your name and email address if you opt in to calorie calculator emails, sends that email series and records unsubscribes.
- Kit stores your email address and sends our general emails when you tick the email box on a guide, blog or free workout form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- WhatsApp may process messages and your phone number when we contact you about challenge setup.
- Cal.com processes the details you choose to provide if you use the optional booking link after registering.
- Vercel hosts the site and stores pseudonymous abuse-control keys, idempotency keys, and secure resume-link mappings without your application answers.
- Google Analytics and Meta Ads process website and campaign-measurement data, only if you accept analytics and advertising cookies.
Retention
Challenge registration and application records are reviewed for deletion within 24 months, unless we need to keep them longer to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. A daily scheduled cleanup removes this campaign's pseudonymous abuse-control keys after the challenge closes. If you opt into the general email list, that subscription is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to a minimal suppression record where needed to honour a do-not-contact request. Calorie calculator email contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, with the same suppression record where needed.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.
