Culture is not the problem. The problem is guessing your way through food, training and accountability, then wondering why nothing changes.
Real transformations

Normal people. Cultural food. Visible change.

Different bodies, schedules and starting points. Same boring machine underneath: training, food, check-ins and repeat.

Sal before and after transformation
28kg down in 8 months
PCOS, unpredictable moods, and years of failed diets.

We built her a system that worked with her biology instead of fighting it. 80kg to 52kg, without making her life revolve around restriction.

Abdullah before and after transformation
89kg to 76kg in 24 weeks
Lost fat, built habits, and finally understood his body.

The win was not a random meal plan. It was structure: training, food awareness, check-ins, and enough accountability to stop drifting.

Rosie before and after transformation
A full stone in 9 weeks
Cabin crew schedule. No normal routine. Still worked.

She had 5+ years of yo-yo dieting behind her. We built the plan around shifts, protein, walking, and a weekly prep rhythm she could repeat.

Pritty before and after transformation
88kg to 76kg
She learned to lift instead of living on cardio machines.

She came in scared of weights and convinced certain foods were off limits. Now she squats 90kg, trains properly, and does not feel restricted around food.

Tamim before and after transformation
8kg muscle gained
Years of guessing, replaced with a proper gaining phase.

He was under eating, over training and hoping it would magically click. We fixed food first, then training, then consistency. Bigger frame, stronger presence.

Yousaf before and after transformation
Muscle built around 8+ hour shifts
He thought eating more was impossible. It was just unplanned.

We moved him from barely hitting 2000 calories to eating around work and study in a way he could repeat. No dirty bulk. No force feeding. Just meals that fit his day.

The method

Simple enough to repeat. Strict enough to work.

The point is not to impress you with complexity. The point is to remove the guesswork, then keep you executing when motivation does its usual vanishing act.

1

Audit your current life

Work, family meals, prayer, gym access, sleep and cravings. The stuff generic plans pretend does not matter.

2

Build the food system

Calories, protein, swaps, restaurant rules, and cultural meals you can actually stick to.

3

Keep you accountable

WhatsApp check-ins, weekly reviews and enough pressure to stop the classic "I'll restart Monday" nonsense.

Client messages

The quiet proof is in the WhatsApps.

No cinematic fake testimonial energy. Just people realising they can change their body without turning life into a punishment.

Naiem before and after body transformation
About Naiem

I tried the stupid diets first, so you do not have to.

I'm Naiem Alrtimi. I'm Libyan, and I grew up eating the same food you did: rice, bread, stews, family portions, the lot. I was skinny fat at 14, got bullied, and tried keto, carnivore, fasting, and cutting out cultural food completely.

What worked was learning how to keep the food and build the structure around it. That is the whole coaching philosophy: your culture stays. The guesswork goes.

FAQ

Before you overthink it.

Online transformation coaching for Muslims who want to get in shape without extreme dieting, generic meal plans, or cutting out the food they grew up with.

You get training, nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins and daily WhatsApp accountability. The plan fits your schedule, food culture and actual life. You do not need to pretend you live out of tupperware.

Men and women who have tried being strict, fallen off, and want a system they can actually repeat. If you want a magic detox tea, respectfully, go annoy TikTok.

It helps, but no. If you only have home equipment, we build around that. If you have a gym, we use it properly.

Most consistent clients notice changes in 4 to 6 weeks and clearer progress in 8 to 9 weeks. The boring answer is still true: check-ins, execution and consistency decide the speed.
