Naiem Coaching is an online transformation business that helps Muslim men and women get in elite shape without extreme dieting. We build nutrition around your cultural food - not against it - and provide daily WhatsApp accountability to keep you on track.

You get a personalised training programme built around your schedule, nutrition guidance beyond any generic meal plan, weekly check-ins, and daily WhatsApp accountability. Everything is remote - no gym required (we provide bodyweight alternatives), and we work around your life, not the other way around.

This is for men and women who've tried diets before and failed. People who eat cultural food - rice, biryani, curries, breads - and don't want to cut it all out. People who are busy with work and family but still want to look and feel better. If you're looking for a quick fix or a magic pill, this isn't it. This is for people ready to do the work consistently.

It helps, but it's not required. We provide bodyweight and minimal-equipment alternatives. Many clients start at home with resistance bands and a pair of dumbbells and see excellent results. We adapt the programme to your equipment, not the other way around.

Most clients notice a visible difference within 4-6 weeks. Measurable results (weight, measurements, strength) typically show within 8-9 weeks. But results depend entirely on consistency - the clients who check in daily and follow the plan see the fastest progress. Those who skip weeks take longer. It's that simple.

I'm Naiem Alrtimi. I'm Libyan, and I grew up eating the same food you did. Rice, bread, stews - the lot. I was skinny-fat at 14, got bullied, and tried every stupid diet going. Keto. Carnivore. Two-day fasts. Cut out all cultural food completely. None of it stuck.

What actually worked? Learning that I could eat my food and still get in shape. I just needed to understand what was in it and how much of it to eat. That insight has helped over 150 clients - mostly Muslim men and women - build bodies they're proud of without sacrificing their culture.

My mission is simple: make transformation accessible. Not by giving you a meal plan you'll quit in two weeks, but by teaching you how to eat your food, hit your numbers, and stay consistent. No gimmicks. Just process.
