Things people ask
before they book.
Do I have to give up rice, bread, and cultural food?
No. The programme is built around the food you already eat. I adjust portions and add protein — I don't take away the meals you love. Clients eat biryani, shawarma, and roti throughout and still lose fat.
What if I can't train 5-6 days a week?
Most clients train 3-4 times a week. The programme fits around your schedule, not the other way around. If you've got 3 hours a week, we make those 3 hours count.
I've tried personal trainers before and it didn't work.
Most PTs give you a generic plan and disappear. This is different — you get direct WhatsApp access, weekly check-ins, and adjustments based on what actually happened that week. If you skip a session or have a bad week, I know about it and we fix it together.
Is £199/month worth it?
A gym membership without a plan costs £30-50/month and most people cancel after 3 months. A PT at a commercial gym charges £50-80 per session.
